Add directions for Julia on macOS because the Emacs GUI does not start from a shell

Hello,

I've started using Julia from Org mode and followed your directions. I got stuck at running Julia at the section on ESS because M-x julia would fail. I understand it's specific to macOS and added directions for that.

How about using the elisp variable inferior-julia-program-name instead?

Yes, I set up that variable as in the basic configuration, but that failed so I added those other settings.

IMHO, dealing with PATH OS specifics is out of the scope of this package.

I would say so yes. But that is just, like, my opinion. Let's wait for the maintainer.
