Window auto resizes

Just found this app and I'm glad it's working on High Sierra too. BTW I found that if I have 2 windows, the one is actually focused is small (like finder) and the other one is at full height: the dock actually shows. When I switch window with CMD+TAB there are no problems, but if I click on the full height window, the dock does not disappears and the window is automatically resized in order to not overlap with the dock. Hence I have to move the window on the bottom of the screen to let the dock hide and then resize it to full height. Hope I've been clear :)
