Icon-color not used for every icon ?

Hello,

I am not sure if it is a bug or not but see the attached file. I selected a red color for icons but some of them (surrounded with green) are still blue (it seems to be the essential "default blue").

Known problem, no solution at the moment.

Considering reverting to grey version of icons for those here on AJAX load.

To be honest, its a problem I've been trying to solve for years! I'm going to write a post on it and see if there is anybody else who can help.

Icons are grey when the others have a colour applied.
