Support for Yarn 2?

I recently had to migrate from Yarn 1 to Yarn 2. However, I'm currently running into issues with this buildpack:

this is my buildpack config

node_version=12.4.0
yarn_version=2.4.1

clean_cache=true

and it results in errors like

  remote: -----> Installing binaries        
  remote:        clean_cache option set to true.        
  remote:        Cleaning out cache contents        
  remote:        Cleaning up old Node v12.4.0        
  remote:        Resolving node version 12.4.0...        
  remote:        Downloading and installing node 12.4.0...        
  remote:        Installing Node 12.4.0...        
  remote:        Using default npm version 6.9.0        
  remote:        Downloading and installing yarn 2.4.1...        
  remote:        Unable to download yarn: 404     
  remote: Deploy aborted

does this buildpack support this version of Yarn? if not, what alternatives can I consider?
