With basic file upload user need to donwnload file and then upload. It's possible to simplify it. Here I mean only simple GET requests - not universal downloader. For example: we are going to host images and what user should only do is to copy image location that he found on specific url and paste in form. It's good feature for example for limited mobile connections.
