更新到1.4.5之后，编译报错 resolve 'canvas' in 'xxx/node_modules/pdfh5/js

node: 14.18.2 作者在19小时之前更新了最新的1.4.5版本，使用此版本编译时出现上述错误。

目前临时解决办法，锁定版本为1.4.2 。 （也许其他版本也可以）
