Favicon not changing

This scripts still seems to have a ton of issues. After replacing the favicon in the admin panel and clearing cache. It still doesn't change on the site. I'm using the Play Bootstrap theme. Please fix this.

Thanks for the bug report, this is fixed in latest.zip please redownload and update the files on your server.
