Cached messages/comments number stuck while reload

Hi

Running vvveb 1.06 on Litespeed webserver (cpanel) without safe folder, blog standard theme. I am logged into admin panel.

Case 1:

1. Then I click on "view live website" default
2. Into menu Contact us, fill out form
3. go into admin panel, reload site -> it signals one new message (1).
4. Go to Messages delete message, signal (1) still there. Reload no matter,
5. clear cache, then no new message signal (1) anymore

Case 2:

1. Then I click on "view live website" default
2. Click on one blog article, open it
3. Fill out one comment
4. go into admin panel, reload site-> it signals one new comment (1) under Posts
5. Go to posts, comments, delete comment.
6. Reload, signal (1) still there and on website comment it still awaits moderation.
7. clear cache, signal went away, but on website reload comment still is awaiting moderation.

Thanks for the bug report, this was caused because notifications cache was not cleared when using APCu driver. It's fixed in the latest.zip updated.
