Describe the bug Microsoft security/Smart Application Control blocks unsigned DLLs used in Cherrytree.

NOTE: With Microsoft security/Smart Application Control - there is no capability to whitelist any files. Unsigned files must be continuously submitted to Microsoft for whitelisting within its reputation databases.

To Reproduce If applicable, attach a non-personal document where the issue can be reproduced systematically. Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create Windows 10 or 11 test or production system.
  2. Enable Smart Application Control.
  3. Install Cherrytree.
  4. Launch Cherrytree.
  5. Smart Application Control blocks DLLs and Cherrytree will not load.
