node_id duplication

Version, Operating system All versions, Linux Ubuntu

Describe the bug The function CtTreeStore::node_id_get() ignores the tree branches without parent node that were created from an external program (yes I need that), then this function duplicates some node ids and here are the results when I save my ctb tree unique_constraint
