There is another note taking app called Bear (http://www.bear-writer.com) its only for windows and mac, they have a great tag system where you just use # and the tag is created. You can also have nested tags, for example #test/test2. Test2 will show under test. Even Zim Wiki has a good tag system using @.

Anyways a better tag system would be appreciated, for organization. Thank you for reading.
