refresh display upon receiving some Unix Signal

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The built-in refresh delay is too long

Describe the solution you'd like I want to send an external signal to the cherrytree process each time I update the SQLITE DB because I don't like waiting for the process to do it at its pace.
