Navigation through internal links

The keypress event can be conditionally divided into 2 actions: "key down" and "key up".

I'm having trouble following internal links. When I click on the link, there is a sharp transition to the right place, but due to the fact that the "key up" event did not have time to occur and the cursor moved slightly, the text is selected, which is undesirable.
