Having trouble with setup.

Hi, I'm not sure if this project is still active, but I'm interested in it.

The readme doesn't mention any details of the expected setup. I've derived from the comments that I need:

Anaconda with Python 2.7

Is there anything else?

Should I just be able to run> baby_cry_detection/pc_main/train_set.py ? Or is it required that you run the ./setup.py first?
