Scrollbar overlapping file changes dropdown

Description

On hovering on a specific commit on history page it pops up a dropdown with a list of file changes but scrollbar is overlapping it.

Steps to reproduce

• Add repository (any repository local or remote)
• Go the history
• Hover on any commit for more than 5 seconds
