is gitscrum-ce now effectively abandoned (from any future source code upgrades)?

Hi,

GitScrum is nice software, I like using it. Because of this, in 2018 and 2019, I recommended two of my clients go ahead and purchase GitScrum.com SaaS for their company project (and they both did).

However one client recently asked me if I could install gitscrum onto their local server for a new project (which requires additional data security i.e. must run on internal non-public-internet server)

I would like to know, are fresh code commits expected for Gitscrum-CE in the future? Because currently, this repo has not been updated since 2018.

Please let me know, is gitscrum-ce now effectively abandoned (from any future source code upgrades)?
