Logout button does not log user out
📜 Description
When trying to log out, the prompt to confirm logging out appears and the page refreshes, but there appears to be no actual logout action ever triggered--it just refreshes the page.

- Login
- Try to logout

The user should be logged out when clicking log out

The user remains logged in

This does appear to still be occurring with the latest container release: 2.7.0
I can share a video, but not sure it will be helpful. Is there some debugging I can turn on that might log more?
