🚀 Feature: Media Library as standalone page

It would be nice to have the media library as a standalone page in the top navbar for example and then maybe the possibility to add tags and filter the media by tags, like for example posted, unposted or any custom tag.

🎤 Why is this feature needed ?

I think that It would be easy for the user to manage the media and then the pubblications.
