Auto Repost does not seem to work anymore for Bluesky since 2.9 and later

📜 Description

Before version 2.9 of postiz, Auto Repost for Bluesky seemed to have been working fine. Upgrading to 2.9 and also up to the latest version on 2.10.1 has resulted in this behavior no longer working. Posts that have reached the like criteria will be left without being auto-reposted since the updated version.

Behavior beforehand would usually auto-repost within hours or a day if the post had reached its like criteria. Now it no longer does such a thing.

👟 Reproduction steps

1. Goto Plugs and set 'Auto Repost Posts' to a criteria of likes.
2. Schedule a post and have it post on Bluesky.
3. See the Bluesky post reach the criteria of likes noted in the plugs section.
4. Wait over 7 days.
5. System does not repost this post at all.

👍 Expected behavior

Auto Repost should repost the Bluesky post after reaching its criteria after a certain amount of time.
