When trying to add a Mastodon channel, instance is not asked. Account on mastodon.social seems mandatory for the moment.

Tested on postiz.com official hosted version.
I'm directly redirected to mastodon.social when trying to set up a new mastodon account in my channels. Therefore, it doesn't seem possible to add an account which is on another instance. (had to unsub because of that 😢 )
👟 Reproduction steps
- try to add a mastodon channel
- get redirected to mastodon.social authentication in any case
👍 Expected behavior
It should let user type their instance's url and redirect auth to that instance A menu could also be present to help choose between popular instances, fed by fedidb

This is a known issue. For self hosted instances, this can be changed by setting the environment variable MASTODON_URL`, but only one mastodon server per instance is possible. It would be a huge improvement, if this could be changed.
Thanks @weddige for the explanation, I appreciate. This is quiet confusing, I was ready to try and eventually pay on postiz hosted service. There's a lot of missed opportunities here. And I can't count on selfhosting it for the moment.
Is there any chance that this could be on the roadmap soon please @nevo-david ?
