`readme.md` file in repository not recognized

Trying to add my https://github.com/kdeldycke/meta-package-manager repository to https://gitlibrary.club ends up with the following issue:

That's because my readme file is lower case (i.e. readme.md) while the form is expecting a strict uppercased file name (README.md):
