Hey,

it would be nice to have those Buttons on the personal Settings page: thumbnail_file

Those are the opened issues and PRs of the user.

But before we dive in, I agree with @lex111. What exactly are we attempting to solve with this issue?

I believe the idea was to list all Issues & Pull Requests opened or assigned to the current user, like GitHub does:
