Commented on commit event does not contain link to commit

After #258 is merged, the commented on commit message should be changed to something like:

${user} commented on commit ${short_commit_id}

where the short commit id links to the view page for that commit.

Since #258 wasn't merged, is there still work being done for this issue? Commented on commit events still don't have a link to the commit from the user activity feed.
