The option to set the display language is invalid

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

  • VS Code Version: 1.92.1
  • OS Version: Rocky Linux 9.4

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Search for any language pack in the "Extension Market"
  2. Click "Set Display Language"
  3. Nothing happened

I have the same problem. It would be great if this would work.

I'm on my way to build an interactive development environment for my computer science students and it would be a great help for them if the UI would be in their language.
