I need to refresh browser to make the menu bar visible.

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

  • VS Code Version: 1.91.0
  • OS Version: ubuntu 22.04

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. menu -> view -> appearance -> menu bar
  2. You need to refresh your browser to see it

The menu bar is not visible by default, but if you set the menu bar to be visible, you must refresh the browser. It seems like a bug, please check.

My menu bar is not showing either. I am using Nginx to proxy the OpenVSCode server (ver. 1.96.4). When I use the domain name to access to the server in the browser, the menu bar is not visible. However, if I access the server directly (IP+port), the menu is then visible.
