Simple Browser making requests to CDN and are failing (BlobNotFound)

Does this issue occur when all extensions are disabled?: Yes

• VS Code Version: 1.89.1
• OS Version: Mac OS 14.5

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open the Simple browser (built-in tool)
2. See the requests are being done to a CDN are failing.

I just saw that the Simple Browser is not working and it's actually making requests to a CDN. Why is this happening and is there any way to fix it?
