`Remote content error` when creating workspace from snapshot

  • Created the snapshot from a Github repo that I checked out into a workspace
  • Deleted the Github repo. This is because the code is contained to the workspace, and does not need a remote

  • Last known created workspace from snapshot

I know workspaces are deleted if inactive after 14 days, but I didn't know anything about snapshot expiration, if there is one. I'm already trying to contact support to see if I can recover the snapshot.

Can I please get the snapshot back?
