Gitpod is ignoring my preferred timeouts

Bug description

I have my account set to a 2 hour default timeout. That has been set for months, and I still see it there.

Recently (within the last week) it seems to have reverted to something closer to 30 minutes it seems.

Steps to reproduce

Set timeout preference in user settings.

Start a gitpod.

Workspace affected

No response
