Add bind url option

Cannot run the container as non-root user due to ldap:/// and ldaps:/// being hardcoded in the docker-entrypoint.sh. Add option to default to that, but also an option to use BIND_URL per https://www.openldap.org/doc/admin24/runningslapd.html.
