Plugin doesnt work with Minimal Theme

WORKS:

• It does change the size of the tab height but nothing else.
• Split view like before does work

DOESNT WORK:

• CTRL+Click does nothing different than before
• Second tab line doesnt work

Using the Sandbox Vault doesnt change anything regarding this issue
