Is it possible to change the note in fixed pane when changing through tabs

Actually i want that when I change tabs using pane relief shortcuts then the note in fixed mode also get changed. Like I have opened a note in edit mode in fixed pane and a note in preview mode in changing tab pane. So, when I change the note using hotkey like "Alt+2"then the note in edit mode also get changed. And also can there be option to toggle this request on and off.

Unfortunately, as the tabbed interface was written wholly in CSS, this is not possible.
