Request: new release for Linux

No one asked for linux release before. I don't even know if it works properly there as I'm not using linux, also the last time I tried to run the app it was not possible to simply double click to start. So I had to read how to do it from terminal ... and I gave up. When It is problem for me then average user won't be able to either. If you just want to use it you can build it yourself, read wiki how to.

@alexeiminchu I have added linux x64 to release. You can try it and tell me if everything works.

Which linux? so i can replicate. I packed it on mint 19.2.
