Request: Adjust interface size

I would like to know if it is possible to adjust the size of the interface to get it more small, so as not to be using the scrollbar. I have a screen 720p, Sometimes this becomes annoying. I tried to change the size but I only get worse the html. I will be very grateful to get your help.

If modifying style.css is not enough then tell me which part you cannot change and i will try to move styling from js to css.
