Suggestion: add instruction for auto-deployment on every git push

First of all, thanks for the clear instructions!

Now that we have GitHub Actions as a CI service, the next logical step after reading your instructions is to integrate this with GH Actions, so that every time I push my code to github on master, it would automatically build and deploy gh-pages
