[BUG REPORT] RuntimeError: The size of tensor a (28) must match the size of tensor b (33) at non-singleton dimension 2

Describe the bug The first time I trained, I used all the default settings, same as I'm doing now, with a youtube video converted to mp3 as the data, im doing the same thing but now im getting the error: "RuntimeError: The size of tensor a (28) must match the size of tensor b (33) at non-singleton dimension 2", i've gotten this for two different training attempts now and I have no idea what could be causing this.

it seems to work now with the 40k option instead of 48k but the dataset is 48k so not sure if im doing something wrong
