Compose from rebase editor

Description

Add an option to the rebase editor that allows a user to abort the rebase and manage the same commits in Commit Composer instead.

Optional thought: the first time the rebase editor is opened with this option, show a feature spotlight element that points to this new option and explain what it does. Might depend on a refined system for showing these types of elements throughout GitLens.
