Open a custom view that messages Pro benefits after installing GL in Cursor (and other IDEs that do not support the VSC walkthrough)

Based on high engagement with the walkthrough in VSC, we feel that we should offer a similar onboarding experience in IDEs that do not support the walkthrough.

Requirements:

• Identify whether we can show our own custom view after install for Cursor installs only
• If so, we will build a onboarding view that has core messaging/capability we want to show users (likely a different design that is not a true walkthrough experience)
