"GitLens: Toggle File Blame" is frequently a missing option
Description
When using vscode and RemoteSSH from mac to a debian remote server, I am frequently unable to use the Toggle File Blame option. I either cannot use command search, or click the gitlens menu button to enable this.
This doesn't happen all the time, occasionally this is possible in some files but not others. If I reload the editor, different files will work or not work. All files in question are in the same repo and in the same window. I am attaching TRACE logs from "GitLens" and "GitLens (git)". There are some slight redactions in the log, but the file in question with this problem is file://<checkout>/<code-dir>/my_not_git_file_blameable.py

Yes, please fix this. It's incredible annoying. I do not want to reload the whole editor all the time just to blame the file.
Also getting this when not using remote functionality
