Collapsed branch card hover actions overlap avatars in Home view
Description
Inline branch hover action buttons appear on top of the avatars on the right of the branch card in some cases, for collapsed branch cards in Home view.
This makes it impossible to see the hover on affected avatars, which would show the user's name.

I've started reviewing some issues dedicated for triaging. As I understand on the triaging step we need to figure out if the ticket is lack of information or has enough.
I noticed that this ticket has been created by @axosoft-ramint , but it seems that it has enough information to proceed. So, I thought that it might be marked with triage label automatically with some delay (that Eric told about recently).
Therefore, I have the following questions:
- Can I remove the
triagelabel here? - Should I replace it with some other label?
