Commit AI reviewer

It could be useful to have an AI review your commits or pull requests for bugs and bad practices. Currently you have to manually show the 'diff' to the AI model. While it's not going to be perfect, it's an interesting concept, and should probably be easy to add, since "Explain Commit" is already there. This feature would use similar functionality, just with a different prompt.
