Steps to reproduce

1. create a markdown document with headers. ex) index.md

# Header

## Other Header

2. create a symlink to it.

ln -s docs/index.md README.md

3. !!MISSING: command!! | !!MISSING: command!! appears on every markdown headings (#, ##...) in symlink (in this case, README.md)
