Let users know how to add Enterprise & Personal Accounts at same time

I'm having trouble adding on my personal GitHub account after first adding my enterprise account. Is there an option through the app to make this happen?

I think the current design means you should add the public first then add the enterprise. (This is what I did).

Going to update issue to reflect that you are able to do this - it's just not obvious or documented anywhere.

For future reference, as long as you log in with your personal account first and then your enterprise, it works fine. After that, you can only add on more enterprise accounts.
