Ability to change global "open gitify" shortcut

Depending on the user's preferences, any predefined shortcut might clash with an already existing one. You can see in the linked PR that it already happened at least once. But the newly selected shortcut clashes with vscode/cursor, where it's used by default for switching the sidebar to "changes" tab. Can you consider adding the ability to change global shortcut?
