I noticed when testing #259 that the PDF version hasn't been updated in 15 months. There have been a fair deal of content changes lately, so we should make sure to generate a new copy.

We might need to wait to automate this via Actions until we tackle #196. I'm not sure that the Calibre dependency would work all that well in Actions.

When the time comes, I'm interested in building this Action, there are a few PDF generation Actions I came across and this seems promising: https://github.com/marketplace/actions/publish-markdown-as-pdf
