Documentation for running locally

The cloud is awesome almost as AI is, but I'm pretty sure installing and running this locally (on the already supported Ubuntu platform as I understand) could work without requiring too many tweaks or need for a docker container. This would also provide a simple and clean workflow for updating the diagram without implying a dedicated commit per real code revision.
