Cursor for frozen fonts does not align properly in Jetbrains IDEs

When using Monaspace Neon Frozen with ligatures in Rider (or IntelliJ/CLion), the cursors are not aligned properly, for example:

This is from 1.200, main branch.

As for reference, this is now it should look like (this is the variable font on VSCode)

I'm facing the same issue with all Monaspace Frozen fonts (Krypton, Argon, Radon, Neon and Xenon).
