[bug] 安装，修复NET6.0

刚安装EIDE就要安装net6，安装后重启vs又要我修复，不修复就启动net6失败，需要手动安装（net6.0.53），手动安装又弹出net6安装

环境问题，请先在系统的 powershell 里执行 dotnet --list-runtimes 进行检查
