TIP (note, warning, etc) + List = Reset list back to 1.

I'm trying to place a TIP like this:

[!TIP] text

and then add a list of steps, 1,2 ,3 and so on and between those steps add more TIP (or notes or warning, etc).

[!TIP] text

but the result is that after every TIP the order reset back to 1.
