Add option to stop replacing text in commit messages with emojis

Hi GitHub Team, I recently uploaded a commit with the comment message: Use tokio::time::delay_for() instead of std::thread::sleep().

This is rendering in GitHub as:

"Use tokio::time::delay_for() instead of std:🧵:sleep()."

This is breaks search and is confusing and distracting. Would you please provide an option to disable all emoji substitution for a repository?

I apologize if this is the wrong repository for this issue. I spend some time searching through the 341 github repositories and didn't find a better one.
