Create gitignore file for ECU-TEST workspaces

Reasons for making this change:

As the developers and product owners of ECU-TEST, we want to provide a .gitignore template for all of our customers.

There is no public documentation for these rules. The rules are documented within the file. Additional information can be requested via TraceTronic Support.

Hi @bdougie Can we do anything to get a higher priority? This .gitignore is reviewed by a lot of ECU-TEST developers, stakeholders and users

I am not longer working for GitHub, this will need to be picked up by the new team. Consider open a discussion in the github/community discussions to appoint a new project lead.
